Water Shortage/Drought Hoax
California has been under drought conditions, because Governor BROWN Lawn has horded the money that was supposed to have built new damns and this is what has caused a water shortage. And they make money fining people for water use. Part of the money allocated for building dams was given to Liberal Environmental groups for their socialist agenda.
