I have pointed out that like Dr. John Morris the fossils do not show evolution. There is no change over time. What we see in the fossil record shows animals and plants that are identical to living ones today. The ONLY difference we see are organisms that have become extinct like the dinosaurs. And no they are not birds. The evidence for birds from dinosaurs is based on the false identification of spicules (decomposing collagen) on some dinosaurs, and misidentified extinct terrestrial birds.
