Dangerous Supreme Court Nomination
Senator Ted Cruz is questioned Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown as dangerous to morality and our laws. I received a text message from him revealing his concerns about Biden’s appointee.
Mrs. Jackson has some impressive credentials, ranging from two Ivy League degrees to eight years on the bench, it appears that her experience hasn’t translated to judicial accuracy. In fact, the high rate at which her decisions are reversed suggests that Mrs. Jackson is not ready for primetime on the Supreme Court.
The D.C. Circuit overturned her appealed decisions 11.9% of the time as unconstitutional.
Among the other judges Mrs. Jackson’s reversal rate rank places her in the bottom 36.4%.

Joe Biden nominate is a pro-abortion, Communist,
anti-religious radical Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.
She gave the lightest sentences to child
sex offenders who make hundreds of videos of the acts.
Biden said he was going to pick a black
woman to replace Justice Stephen Breyer. This is discrimination and it is
illegal. Joe is not choosing the best person for the job, it is based on a criminal
political bias. And with all that she stands for she will not follow the law.
This is a racist and sexist bias and will lead to false corrupt decisions. She
will be one of the judges that will release criminals of all kinds back on the
street to continue to rob, molest, and murder.
Jackson will vote with leftist, atheist, Communist
justices on key issues such as abortion,
gun rights, and affirmative action.
Jackson is currently a judge on the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit where she repeatedly used her power to
limit the actions of former President Donald Trump. In 2018, she ruled against
Trump in a federal employee (Communist run) unions lawsuit even
though she
acknowledged he had the constitutional authority to “issue executive
orders pertaining to the field of federal labor relations.” In 2019, she used
the Russian collusion hoax as an excuse to
justify mandating that former White House counsel Don McGahn testify before the
House Judiciary Committee.
Before she joined the court, Jackson
worked as an openly
progressive attorney and Obama
appointee (Evidence supports the conclusion that Obama IS the future Antichrist)
to the United States Sentencing Commission, where she was committed to
forwarding the leftist agenda. More than two decades ago, the Breyer
apprentice penned an
amicus brief for the National
Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL), and other organizations that kill
babies in the womb, in support of a Democrat-backed law that prevented pro-life
protesters from congregating outside abortion facilities.
As a result of her work, Jackson has
supported pro-abortion, pro-LGBT, anti-religious liberty activist groups. Here
is a list of known corrupt organizations: The
Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, which is composed of
problematic organizations including the radical
Southern Poverty Law Center, the increasingly anti-free-speech
American Civil Liberties Union, and Planned Parenthood.
