Government Fraud

The Democrat/Communists are using Covid19 as an excuse to allow unemployment fraud. A friend tried to report fraud when someone he knows had 25 unemployment letters sent to his address. But when he tried to report it the unemployment fraud hotline would not take his report because of Covid19. Why can’t they have home workers answer the call like workers helping to raise money for Trump? And reports of fraud to banks? This is deliberate fraud to allow unemployment fraud.
