Free Speech Violation Class Action Suite

       President Donald Trump has announced a class-action lawsuit against tech giants Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube parent company Google, over their "unlawful" censorship of free speech by him and other conservatives, under the Constitution, after the social media giants banned him and many others from posting the truth in the wake of the Jan. 6 peaceful invasion on the U.S. Capitol, which was allowed by order from Nancy Pelosi.

        An Instagram post by Austen Fletcher, who is involved in the suit, asked users to post about their experiences with Big Tech censorship. The post had over 15,000 likes and 3,500 comments on its first day.

       “Have you been banned, censored, or shadowbanned by Big Tech?” the post reads. “Comment your story below.”

       “This is not a drill! Tell me your story below,” the caption adds. “This class action lawsuit is about YOU, the people. If you’ve been shadow banned, censored, or deleted off from any of your social media platforms tell us about it in the comments. BE SPECIFIC! I think we will have thousands upon thousands of examples! This will be the largest class action lawsuit in this country’s history!”

       This attack was allowed by Nancy Pelosi to trap Conservatives just (Like the Watergate break-in was allowed by Democrats to stop Nixon and his withdrawal from Viet Nam, which the Democrats wanted to keep making money on). And falsely claim an Insurrection against the American government. No, the invasion was in support of the American government! So far NO one entering the capitol has been charged for Insurrection. But have been beaten and harassed illegally by prison guards. And the InJustice Department and Capitol prison will not allow Congressmen visitors to see the injustice. The Capitol invaders were unarmed and did not damage anything. 

       Except for the murder of unarmed Leslie Babbitt by an unidentified Capitol Police officer, who did not warn her. They ignore this because she was a Trump supporter! And was the only one killed, unlike the Democrat riots by Antifa and BLM where there was lots of damage and killings. The Capitol peaceful invaders, have been held illegally without accusation or a speedy trial.  

       Trump said, "We’re demanding an end to the shadow-banning, a stop to the silencing, and a stop to the blacklisting, banishing, and canceling that you know so well," Trump said during an appearance at his golf resort in Bedminster, New Jersey, Wednesday morning.

       Trump said that, "thousands of people" want to join the lawsuit and called it the largest lawsuit of its kind, before introducing people who have reported being banned from social media platforms.
