Archaeology Proves the Bible Accurate
William M Cooper posting in LinkedIn.com based on Institute for Creation Research http://www.icr.org/article/10173/ What is really abhorrent with archaeological scientists today, is how they are adding older dates to things pertaining to man, especially the starting dates of their appearance, even after for long periods of time, these cities have been previously dated by other scientists. For example, if they find pottery from an older age and different society, they assume wrongly that the place is older and originated from the people who made the pottery. Overlooking that this pottery could had been part of a dowry, or acquired during looting after a battle, or even that someone collected OE bought it seeing it a useful tool for daily use. Because nobody can knows how it got inside a younger dated city, should not give license to professors or archaeologist to say the city is older than historically recorded by the Bible.
