Petition to stop change in our Olympic flag logo


TO: The United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee

Dear Members of the Committee,

I’m writing you today to urge you to abandon the new redesign of Team USA’s official logo.

The American flag means a great deal to both the American people and people around the world—as we’ve seen in recent pro-democracy protests in Cuba and Hong Kong.

Our flag—in its entirety, including all 50 Stars and 13 Stripes—should and must be on any new logo redesign.

I urge you to stand with this country, and give the American people a logo that represents our nation and all it stands for.
