Is Salt Good or Bad?
The Bible Jesus refers to the difference between false Christians and true Christians in Matthew 5:13, “Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.”
You will recall that doctors tell you,
you must avoid SALT, it will worsen your blood pressure and cause other health
problems! You should have a low salt diet.
So does this mean Christians are bad for
people’s spiritual health?
Actually Jesus is giving us a spiritual
and physical lesson. The created physical world illustrates spiritual truths
for those who seek the truth. God reveals amazing things when you study what
the Bible tells us along with facts (not theories) discovered by science and
observation and look beyond for the hidden treasures kept from the eyes of
unbelievers.
Yes
the common processed salt in your market IS BAD. And it has dangerous chemicals
in it and it does nothing that is good for you. It is an illustration of false
teachers who claim to be Christians. They teach false doctrines that hurt you
spiritually, just as processed salt does.
False teachers are like processed salt
with no necessary trace minerals, they have nothing but lies that hurt you
spiritually they are empty of truth.
The common processed salt has dextrose, i.e.
refined sugar, is a used as a stabilizer so that iodine will stay in the salt!

› article.htm
Dextrose may increase blood sugar levels
and cause more problems. With a glycemic index of 100, dextrose is
not safe for diabetics to use. The blood sugar level may go up instantly after
taking dextrose, may lead to several complications.
But natural mined salt contains other natural minerals
which are necessary for health.
Avoiding salt altogether is bad for your
health too.
Dr. Brownstein’s experience promoting a
low-salt diet to treat high blood pressure was not successful. He discovered
that when nutrient imbalances are corrected, blood pressure will often
normalize itself. The use of natural unrefined salt will not cause elevated
blood pressure. Furthermore, due to its abundance of minerals, it can actually
help lower the blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Don’t take too much
even of a good thing, use ¼ teaspoon of unrefined salt for every quart of water
ingested. However below says the opposite most people need more NATURAL unprocessed salt with natural trace minerals.
Researchers have reported that a low-salt
diet has been associated with a greater than 400% increase in risk of
myocardial infarction (heart attack. NOTE Also can be caused by Covid19
vaccines) in men. Low-salt diets have been shown to raise fasting insulin
levels. Insulin resistance is a widespread problem and is associated with
diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Also, LDL cholesterol levels have been
shown to be elevated in individuals consuming a low-salt diet (related to the
onset of cardiovascular disease). One hypertensive researcher commented that a
low-salt diet “is meaningful therapy for only a fraction of the hypertensive
population and might be deleterious for the majority.”
Avoid processed salt completely it can
cause chronic illness associated with the nervous system including anxiety,
brain fog, headaches, and seizures.
An adequate amount of healthy, unrefined
salt is vital for the adrenal glands to function optimally. Adrenal exhaustion
is frequently associated with immune system disorders leading to diseases. Most
of this is caused by use of refined salt, and lack of natural mineral salt.
Here is what refined salt causes: Potassium
Iodide is generally added to refined salt. It is a toxic chemical that can
cause a variety of adverse health problems, including gastrointestinal tract
irritation, behavior problems, respiration problems, fever, lymph node
enlargement, salivation, nasal discharge, sneezing, conjunctivitis, fever,
headache, laryngitis, bronchitis, anemia, skin rashes, anorexia, thyroid
gland/hypothyroidism, and goiter. It can cause adverse reproductive effects and
birth defects based on animal data.
For thousands of years people depended on unprocessed
fossil salt from the earth deposited 50 million years ago they say. No this is
a lie based on False Science. It was deposited after Noah’s Flood along with
fossils during Peleg’s Division in other layers about 4 thousand years ago when
the earth was divided during a massive worldwide asteroid shower struck the
earth creating millions of meteorite craters. See documentation from scientists
in my book Mysteries of History Revealed Part 1. My book is based on
alternative science to the establishment’s Fake Science.

Most health food stores have this salt.
Salt mined from the earth is better than
evaporates from salt water.

Historical references to natural salt:
https://info.ketochow.xyz/blog/salt-and-your-health/
Data from military archives going back to the war of 1812 show that soldiers and presumable the rest of Western society ate between 16 and 20 grams of salt per day. And they were healthier than we are today.
During the war of 1812,
soldiers maintained a daily consumption of 18g/ day despite high cost. American
prisoners of war complained bitterly that their 9 g/day of salt was ‘scanty and
meager’. It was only after World War II, when refrigeration replaced salting as
the primary means of preserving food that Americans lowered their average salt
intake to 9g/ day where it has remained since. During that period pre-WWII,
there was no concern of excess deaths from heart disease, stroke or kidney
disease – the main things used to scare us into lowering our salt intake.
The recommendation that people limit
their salt intake isn’t based on good science – much like the recommendation to
limit saturated fats and to limit dietary cholesterol. New data and studies
show that the most likely problem you’ll encounter from salt consumption
is too little natural salt!
