"High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program"

 

       (HAARP) was an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska[clarification needed], and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) was designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT)

 

       As everyone has probably heard by now; Obama and several members of his cabinet keep preaching about the seriousness of climate change and global warming. They focus on this more than ISIS or even our economy to keep Americas in the dark to keep a blind eye at ISIS and the current state of our Economy.

 

       The funny thing is; Obama knows about HAARP and how "that" is what is causing our erratic weather. HAARP projects super high intensity EMF waves into our atmosphere which causes the natural weather path to shift. Instead of a North West to South East weather route; You now are seeing more of an S curve effect from the EMF waves pushing upwards causing our weather to take alternate courses. Thus the cause of the California Drought* HAARP is causing all of the moisture to evaporate up in that region before it even reaches California.

       And our water shortages are caused by California governor Gavin Nuisence who has not used tax money to build more damns. Marxists have been causing shortages to bring in more rules and money.
