Congress: 21 passed was Constitutional, 22 the majority supported it but it required 2/3s so it failed to pass, 23 passed was Constitutional, 24 passed and is Constitutional, 25 passed by a large majority but was UnConstitutional, 26 passed and was Constitutional, 27 passed and was Constitutional, 28 failed but it was Constitutional, 29 failed but it was Constitutional, 30 passed and it was Constitutional. SCORE 6 for, 3 opposed to the Constitution.

Senate: 21 was held up, 22 was held up, 23 was held up, 24 lost but was Constitutional, 25 passed but was UnConstitutional, 26 passed but was UnConstitutional, 27 passed by large margin but is UnConstitutional, 28 passed by large margin but is UnConstitutional, 29 passed but is UnConstitutional, 30 passed by large margin but was UnConstitutional.

10 opposed, 0 for the Constitution!

Can you see why our government is corrupt? It disobeys the laws that made our country great and is destroying it with socialism and corruption. The Illuminati are behind this Fabian Communism invasion. It will result in America being used to create the world government of the Antichrist.
