Water Shortage/Drought Hoax

California has been under drought conditions, because Governor BROWN Lawn has horded the money that was supposed to have built new damns and this is what has caused a water shortage. And they make money fining people for water use. Part of the money allocated for building dams was given to Liberal Environmental groups for their socialist agenda. They are using scare tactics like global cooling (ice age), global warming, weather change, overpopulation, wars, terrorism, etc to bring in totalitarian rules that will force people to accept taxes, and rules under the Communist United Nations orchestrating the world government.

A large percentage of our water is allowed to flow into the sea to save the small Smelt bait fish, which is not endangered, but was placed on the endangered species for political reasons.
